Online accounting makes it easy to get your financial data with intuitive software and proficiency. We'll collect all your financial data and turn them into tidy and accurate financial reports.

Here's what working with Nill Tech + Finance looks like
At the beginning of each month
We will gather the financial documents needed to do your bookkeeping and produce accurate financial statements.
Getting the financial documents
Simply connect your business financial accounts to the accounting software, and you won’t even have to think about getting us your bank or credit card statements each month. All major banks and most merchant providers offer the ability to sync and automatically import your transactions via third party login. There are other simple solutions to get your transactions from smaller institutions, and monthly payroll.
During each month
Once we've gathered all necessary documents, we will commence and complete your books within 15 business days.
We do your bookkeeping
Each month, your transactions will be categorized, accounts reconciled, and your financial statements are then generated.
A final review is conducted where necessary adjustments may be made to ensure your books are tax-compliant.
We will need your input
Until we become familiarized with your business transactions, we may need to ask for your help to properly categorize a transaction.
We’ll send you an email with a few categorization options to pick from, and then you can let us know where it belongs.

At the end of each month
When your books are complete, we’ll send a message letting you know that your books are ready for review.
It helps to review your reports together
As we continue to learn your business norms and gain familiarity with your expenses, expect a list of open points for review preferably via phone for the first two months.
These review calls are a great opportunity for you to pose questions or concerns as well as help us to learn your business further, and ensure you are getting the most out of our service.
After this point, we’ll follow your lead and let you decide how often you’d like to connect with us on the phone. Remember, you can book a call with us at any time.
